Dear Fiddler Online Clients,

With the new year, there are some changes coming to Fiddler Online (now wpXPRESS). Nothing that will impact the quality of website and service you are receiving. It’s a change in the management of Fiddler Online.

After much discussion and contemplation I have decided to sell my shares of the company to the co-owner of Fiddler Online, Tevya Washburn, and move in a new direction. I have more than enjoyed my time building Fiddler Online and I am optimistic for its future. Tevya and I joined forces exactly 5 years ago. At that time we only had a handful of clients and have now grown the company into an impressive organization.

I am happy to report that I am on excellent terms with Tevya and I can’t say enough good about him and the way he lives his life. He will continue to service your websites and welcome any new referrals that come to him. He has been the best business partner I could ask for and I will continue highly recommending him as I encounter small businesses that are seeking website services.

I consider all the Fiddler Online members friends, and I am still just a phone call away if you ever have questions about marketing your website or finding success online. The main reason I am leaving is because the marketing principles I preach have taken my side project to a level that requires my full-time attention. A Note From Tevya:

I’m sad that Kurt and I will no longer be working together on a daily basis. But I’m excited for him to be able to focus fully on his non-profit. I’m also honored and glad to serve on the board of LeadingLDS, as well as retain the organization as a member of Fiddler Online (now wpXPRESS). So I’ll still be working with Kurt, but now as a member of his board and he as my website client.

I want you to know that we’re still completely committed to all of you. Our focus in 2017 is going to be our clients. So those of you that love us, get ready to love us even more. If any of you have doubted our service or our devotion to serving you, we’re going to do all we can to change those feelings this year. We want you all to be so pleased with your website service that you refer your friends, vendors, and customers to us, every chance you get. With Kurt no longer spearheading our sales, we’ll need to create that level of trust and joy for you, if we want to continue to grow.
