Dear Fiddler Online Clients,

As we usher in the new year, I wanted to share some important changes happening at Fiddler Online (now wpXPRESS). These changes, while significant, will not affect the quality of service or the support you receive for your website. Rather, the shift is within the management structure of the company.

A New Chapter for Fiddler Online and wpXPRESS

After a lot of careful reflection and discussions, I’ve made the decision to sell my shares of Fiddler Online to my business partner, Tevya Washburn, and move in a new direction. Over the past five years, Tevya and I have worked tirelessly to build Fiddler Online into what it is today, starting from a small team with only a handful of clients. Now, we have grown into an organization that is proud to support hundreds of businesses with high-quality website services.

I can confidently say that I am leaving the company in good hands. Tevya is not only an excellent business partner, but he’s also a wonderful person with integrity and commitment. He will continue to oversee all aspects of your website’s maintenance and support, and I’m confident he will welcome any new clients with the same enthusiasm and professionalism he has shown since the beginning.

I’ve always appreciated Tevya’s dedication to the success of the business and his ability to make decisions that align with our clients’ needs.

For those who have been with us for a while, I want to express how much I value the relationships we’ve built over the years. The members of Fiddler Online have been more than just clients; I consider you friends. It’s been an honor to work with you, helping you grow your online presence and achieve your business goals.

I want to assure you that even though I’m transitioning away from the company, I’m still just a phone call away if you need any advice or support, whether it’s related to marketing, website strategy, or finding success online.

The primary reason for my departure is that the marketing principles I’ve always believed in have grown my side project, LeadingLDS, to the point where it requires my full-time attention. As some of you may know, LeadingLDS is a non-profit organization that provides resources and support for Latter-day Saints in leadership positions.

The growth of this organization has been inspiring and rewarding, but it has also meant that I need to dedicate more time to this endeavor. I am incredibly passionate about this project and am excited for its future.

While I will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations of Fiddler Online, I want to make it clear that I have no doubt the company will continue to thrive under Tevya’s leadership. Fiddler Online has always been committed to providing the best service possible, and that dedication will remain unchanged.

As I move on to this new chapter in my life, I want to thank each of you for your trust and support over the years. I’ve learned so much from working with each of you, and I’ve truly enjoyed helping you build your websites and grow your businesses. In closing, I want to say that my departure from Fiddler Online is not the end, but rather a new beginning for both the company and myself. While I am stepping away from day-to-day operations, I will always remain a proud advocate for the work we’ve done together and the impact we’ve had. A Note From Tevya:

I’m sad that Kurt and I will no longer be working together on a daily basis. But I’m excited for him to be able to focus fully on his non-profit. I’m also honored and glad to serve on the board of LeadingLDS, as well as retain the organization as a member of Fiddler Online (now wpXPRESS). So I’ll still be working with Kurt, but now as a member of his board and he as my website client.

I want you to know that we’re still completely committed to all of you. Our focus in 2017 is going to be our clients. So those of you that love us, get ready to love us even more. If any of you have doubted our service or our devotion to serving you, we’re going to do all we can to change those feelings this year. We want you all to be so pleased with your website service that you refer your friends, vendors, and customers to us, every chance you get. With Kurt no longer spearheading our sales, we’ll need to create that level of trust and joy for you, if we want to continue to grow.
