About Our Interstellar Plan

$259/month. There’s no setup fee, no design fee, no hidden fees, no contract, and no hassle. When you join wpXPRESS as a Interstellar plan member, we welcome you to the hassle-free zone. We love simplicity and try to include that in every aspect of our service.

As long as you provide your logo, written content, and (sometimes) photos, we’ll have the design finished in about 2 months from the day you become a member of wpXPRESS. However, it likely won’t be quite ready to launch at that point. We’ll still need your feedback and input to polish it and prepare the site for launch.

All subscriptions are month to month. You can cancel your wpXPRESS membership at any time. We’ll be sad that we don’t get to work with you anymore. Other than that, there’s really no baggage to deal with if you decide membership is just not working for you. However, there is a buyout schedule if you want to take the whole site elsewhere. See the next question for details.

We do everything we can to make sure all our members are happy with our service, and have very few members who leave in the first five years. If you find yourself in a position where you need to cancel your membership and take the website elsewhere, we offer the following buyout schedule to cover our costs to design and build it:

If you don’t want the website anymore, or it’s been more than 5 years, you can cancel anytime without paying anything.

Of course. We recognize every business is constantly changing staff, promotions, or you want to show off your current work. Your wpXPRESS membership includes unlimited tasks (up to 30mins per tasks), each month. Need to add a staff member? Just email us their photo, name, and bio. Need a new location added? Just send over the new address and store name. Want an urgent wording change? Just make sure it says urgent in the email. We just take care of all that kind of stuff for you. Plus a whole lot more, like fixing or changing small design tweaks and functionality issues.

Yes! We setup your site for SEO success with internal (aka “on-site”) optimization.

For many of our customers with small local businesses, this is enough to rank them on the first page, if not the top results. However, with SEO we can’t make any guarantees about how effective any of this will be. It will be far better than if we don’t do all this. That much we can guarantee.

Yes! Our system will encourage your clients or followers who are happy with your product or service, to leave you a 5 star rating and positive review on on Google, Facebook, or other review platforms related to your industry. We also display your best reviews on your site to show how great you and your company are.

Yes! We can integrate with your newsletter service (eg. MailChimp, Aweber, Constant Contact, Drip etc) of choice. This includes easy signup forms that prompt your visitors to add their email to your list. We can also help connect the newsletter to your blog, so that new posts are sent out to your subscribers automatically.

Once again: yes! We can create an e-store or e-commerce solution for you. If your store has 30 products or more, there’s an add-on of $30/mo to your membership. The estore makes it easy for customers to buy your products or services right from your website. This is just included in our Interstellar plan.

Sure can. You’ll need to get a podcast hosting plan with either Castos (recommended) or Blubrry to manage all your files, stats, etc. Just provide us with access to your account with either of them, and we can get the podcast all setup to run from your website. We’ll even provide training for how to add new episodes, once it’s all setup, if you’d prefer to do that yourself.

We can help with that too. For an extra $40/month, we’ll add the ability for people to purchase a membership on your site with access to exclusive content. This is the one service we offer that we charge extra for, because of the additional time and effort it takes to manage.
